    I have had inflammation for much of my adult life. if you suffer from inflammation and have no problems with turmeric, please try this. It works wonders.

    Bought this for inflammation. It is better absorbed if you mix it with a little Avocado oil or any oil of your choosing. We add it to our food, make tea with it (also add the oil in the tea), or take a spoon of it with oil alone. It works wonders for joint pain and inflammation.

    Probably the best curcumin on Amazon, especially for the price. There are lots of junk turmeric/curcumin products on Amazon. Not only is this organic, but it is also a good value for the price and is genuine curcumin so you actually get benefits. Black pepper is crucial to ensure bioavailability. I toss my curcumin in a cup of water, grind pepper over it, and stir.
